Fellows Action Network (FAN)
FAN is a network of skilled, collaborative leaders who are graduates of the Health Leadership Fellows program of the Health Foundation for Western and Central New York and the graduates of the Ladder to Leadership program of the Center for Creative Leadership in CNY, sponsored by the Robert Woods Johnson Foundation. - We Value Collaboration and Teamwork Ahead of Competition by having open discussions that respect different points of view, recognizing that conflict is an opportunity for growth and working toward consensus in our decision-making.
